Hybrid Roast: We use our unique air roasting method to bring out the best possible flavors that you've grown to know and love. Then we roast it further in a traditional drum style roaster to bring the bold, dark flavor. It's the perfect hybrid of the two roasting methods that produces a uniquely excellent coffee we're proud to call our own.
